Sensei CRM is offered as a month-to-month renewing subscription — there is no long-term contract and you can cancel at any time without penalty. If you prefer to pay annually, we offer a 7% discount on yearly upfront payments. Annual licenses are paid in advance and are non-refundable.

We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfer for monthly and annual subscriptions. Sensei Payments (the in-product payments module) supports card, ACH, and e-signature checkout for your customers.

Absolutely. Every quote can be exported as a clean, branded PDF that includes the 3D rendering, line-item pricing, options, taxes, delivery fees, and your contract terms — generated in one click and ready to email or e-sign.

Can my customers build and price their own building online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Sensei 3D configurator can be embedded on your website, so customers design and price their own building in real time. Their quote drops straight into your CRM as a fresh lead — no manual entry, no lost opportunities.

Is there a limit to the length of building I can design?

Accepted Answer

Today the configurator supports up to 100' on vertical-style and 80' on regular-style buildings. We're actively rolling out an upgrade that extends this to 150' and 120' respectively, so larger commercial structures are fully covered.

What building styles does the configurator support?

Accepted Answer

Sensei supports the full range of metal-building styles your sales team sells every day — including A-frame vertical, A-frame horizontal, regular-roof carports, garages, RV covers, lean-tos, L-shaped and T-shaped buildings, and front-to-back configurations. New styles ship continuously based on customer requests.

Can customers see realistic colors, doors, and windows in 3D?

Yes. The 3D engine renders accurate trim and roof color combinations, all common door and window types, garage doors, gables, and trim packages. What the customer sees is what they're quoted, which dramatically reduces post-sale change orders.

Without the CRM, can we still save layouts and send them to factories with the PO?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The standalone configurator lets you generate a quote on the manufacturer's order form. With the full CRM, you unlock much more — you can edit any quote (yours or one your customer built), generate it on official contract forms, collect invoice and deposit payments, and have the customer e-sign the contract end-to-end.
